We recently moved to Saint Helens, and I was concerned about finding a new dentist (our old dentist is over 25 miles away). By chance, I chose Smile Masters after doing a Google search online.
The Smile Masters website is very useful, allowing first-time patients to submit medical history and other forms online prior to your appointment. What a big time saver and convenience!
The appointment came and went and everyone in the family was pleased with their individual experience(s). Wayde Elliott, DMD and Jeff Grim, DDS were great with the kids and very gentle. They answered all questions thoroughly and explained all the treatment options in detail.
But, uh oh, my youngest had 3 cavities. She's only 7 so I was concerned about how she would take getting a shot and the inevitable drilling. She went to her appointment, and to my surprise she said she didn't feel a thing!
Smile Masters offers many pleasant distractions while at your appointment. The kids enjoyed playing GameBoys and all three watched movies during the exam.
I'm thinking no more whining when it comes time for the next appointment! :-)
