Good: Doug, Jason, Dean, and Donnie were very nice and polite. The offered to drive my daughter to school when they thought she missed her bus. Couldn't ask for nicer guys. Picked up after themselves.Doug called us in a timely manner to start job. Job was started as scheduled.. Bad: Didn't show up one day and didn't call. Didn't put in a full days work. They said they had other jobs to do too. Mine wasn't their first concern. Didn't have enough supplies to finish the job. On a daily basis, they ran out of something. Never had their own tools. Used our wood, equipment (rags, buckets,electrical and pluming supplies). Said they did things they didn't. Doug assumed the work was done, even when I said it wasn't. Job took a lot longer than stated.. Improvements: Everything fixed by different people. Doug has offered, but it was such a shoddy job the first time, we haven't tried it again yet. Not to mention the fact that he sounds like he thinks we are full of pooh when we complained.. Other: Floor under hot water tank only partially replaced.Part that was too thin,propped tank up with planks.grout thick up walls.Grout crumbling.Tile uneven.Didn't install insulation or belly paper completely.Put hole in wall.Smashed dryer vent.Sloppy job.Obviously done to just get it done..
