Review content:
brookstone is not nearly as customer driven as their competitors. I received a wine cooler for Christmas that did not work nearly as well as expected. Took it back in new condition with all factory packaging and was told they would not even exchange it because it was over 30 days after purchase. Would not even give a store credit.
