Jessica Livingston was my real estate agent for a recent condo purchase in Seattle. I would recommend her to friends, family, and clearly – strangers! Jessica is professional, thoughtful, responsive, insightful, and knowledgeable – all very important qualities to this first-time home-buyer. I was so thankful to have Jessica’s guidance through the technical and detailed world of offers, inspections, and mortgage paperwork. She reviewed everything I signed, answered every question I had, and found me an amazing condo to boot! I am very appreciative that Jessica listened to my needs and responded to my reviews of the first properties we saw together. I was lucky to have Jessica as my agent and I’m certain you will be too!
