Review content:
To the review before mine: Yeah right! Obviously you are an employee of the dealership.
Here's a review from a real customer (me):
I am not the first to say this nor will I be the last. Classic BMW has horrible service! Moving their dealership from Richardson to Plano and a change of staff did not help. The latest stint occurred in January 2011. My friend is a consultant and is only in town for about 1.5 days out of the week, if that. I was doing her a favor by bringing in her 135i for service. I booked the appointment and requested for a BMW 3 series loaner. Everything was fine until it was time to pick up the loaner. Rachel Müller turned the experience to hell. Here I am, taking time off from work to drive from near the DFW airport to Plano to hand off the car and she decides to tell me I can't have a BMW loaner. The reason? Because I'm not the owner of the 135i. Do you know how silly you sound? I did not have any problems with other BMW dealerships. I then go on to explain in detail about the situation and how I'm going to put less than 2 miles to drop off the loaner car at the 135i owner's house. Appealing to Rachel's conscience didn't work. It wasn't existent. She went on and on about "it's our policy". I'm sorry but there are no rules in customer service. Everyone, especially in your industry, should know that. There are always going to be situations where the "policies" need to be bent to keep a customer happy. Then she scoffs at my insurance card which shows that I drive a 2010 Civic sedan. Wow... look me up on the BMW forums before passing judgment. I'll be nice for the review here and save the details for other forums.
