Boba Latte has just lost a long time customer. The problem started when I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to order and receive my drink (honey green tea). It's simple and should take less then 30 seconds to make. Why did it take this long? Well, there were 14 people waiting for their drinks too. But that wasn't the root cause. The drink mixers were trying to make everyone's drink at once. I guess it's a natural human tendency to think time is saved by pouring several drinks at once but it's not always the case. In fact, it's prone to error and pissed off customers. NM the fact that my drink turned out way overly sweet or that there was no apology for the super slow service. So, I called and left the owner (Julie Dai) a message for her to call me back. She never did. I wanted to give her suggestions for improvement and explain some basic lean concepts for her employees to learn. But because Julie Dai never called back, I'm going to have to rate this place a 1 star and never come back.
