I am a client of the hospital, I brought my cat in for throwing up and was told he would be fine ,I bought meds all of which my cat threw up after taking, I called back and was sent toTufts.
The man at the hospital didn't seem to care less with the concerns that I had , So I took my cat to another Vet and was told he needed surgery and they couldn't do it but my Vet could ,So back to the hospital I went and was told but the Dr. that since Dr. Williams was gone there was noone in the building who knew how to do surgery , which I don't understand because a friend of mine just had a major surgery done on her cat.
So I questioned this and the Dr. said " Well I personally don't feel comfortable recommending her " So off I went to Tufts and told them the whole story.
I would not take my cat back there again.
This Dr. was cold and He was very unfeeling toward my situation. But had no issue with the huge bill I had to pay for nothing ( no answers , no comfort or HOPE.)
I will tell anyone who asks not to go to that hospital.
God help the animals in auburn who depend on this hospital.
