I had never been to Yale before but went there to look for pendant lighting for a kitchen project. Having been an interior designer, I was very impressed that the woman who waited on me was actually a lighting designer. She took the time to actually draw me an elevation on my kitchen space and layout the fixtures that I was considering. This was a service that I never expected and was very informative. I would have given them 5 stars but the fixtures that I chose were not in stock and had to be ordered. I drove the distance there hoping that I could find something that was in stock that I could take home and try.
