"Clovis appears to take a genuine interest in his customers' needs and
works hard to ensure they are satisfied. When dealing with Clovis, I
never feel as if he is merely trying to sell me something. Not only
is he clearly knowledgeable in his field, but just as important, he
appears to have a mature understanding of human nature and how to
interact with customers in a way that makes customers feel better
about being in a Contes store. I have considerable experience in
sales and customer relations, and I would not hesitate to hire Clovis
for his interpersonal skills alone. If every staff member at Contes
were half as good as Clovis, Contes/Freshbikes would have no problem
standing head and shoulders above the competition.
