My husband and autistic daughter stayed at the Alpine Inn the night of 1/26 and encountered an unruly crowd of drunken young people carrying on until 2:00 am! They were LOUD!!! I called the bar manager and was told there was nothing to be done about it. In the morning we talked to the management and were told once again that there was nothing they could do about it. We did not ski, it would have been dangerous on so little sleep. We will never stay on the mountain again and are seriously disappointed in the treatment we received. When I spoke to one of the security folks in the morning, he told me that they do not provide security services at the Alpine Inn and just two weeks agon there was a brawl outside of the bar. It is highly unlikely that we will spend our ski dollars at Crystal Mountain this season or in the future.
