Review content:
We are an A+ rated local residential contracting company. We were called to a home that was recently purchased to reinspect Mr. Melvin Jones' pest inspection. Mr. Jones not only performed a horrendous inspection but apparently did not crawl under the home. When I arrived and inspected the under side of the home I found that the entire bathroom floor and a good portion of the kitchen floor were rotted from the floor joists up to the plywood flooring. The customer was reassured by Mr. Jones that due to his faulty inspection he would pay for the repairs. Upon completion of the project Mr. Jones had me come by his office for payment. Mr. Jones' check bounced and he will not return phone calls or make any attempts to contact me. It is apparent that he never intended to pay this bill. One would think that he should have told me this but by writing the check he did assume responsibility for the invoice. I have been contracting for over 25 years and this inspection was one of the worst that I have seen. Be very cautious if you use this company.
