Review content:
I like the cleanliness of this restaurant, and the employees are all friendly - except the Pikeville, KY, manager refuses to change any sandwich. My food allergies mean that I must have rye (Reuben) bread and Arby's has really good rye bread. All I want is a plain roast beef on rye bread and she flatly refuses on the grounds that the Reuben bread costs more than white bread. I offered to pay the difference and she said no again - it isn't on the picture menu. At ALL the other Arby's I have been to in several states, the employees did not even blink at my dietary needs; they give me a sandwich I can eat and I pay them. This one store manager has no interest in the needs of her customers. In Pikeville, the Bob Evan's Restaurant has rye bread and will share it with their customers upon request.
