The purpose of this letter is to provide a reference for Affordable Asphalt, 12129 Countryview Ct. SW, Olympia, WA 98512.
We obtained bids for parking lot repair, crack-filling, seal-coating, and restriping, in the late spring of 2010. Owners John and Leslie Johnson met with us to assess our needs. They prepared a bid that addressed all the issues we had, was very clearly presented with several options, and was more competitive than all other vendors' proposals.
After we selected Affordable Asphalt to do the work, we communicated by email and telephone repeatedly to adjust the schedule based on weather conditions. John always returned contacts promptly.
The work was done in a timely fashion, as promised. The attention to detail on the job was fantastic. Most importantly, we are satisfied with the final product, which is just what we had in mind when we started.
Working with the folks at Affordable Asphalt is one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. We are pleased to recommend that you have them do your parking lot repair work.
