Review content:
We are just finishing orthodontic treatment on my second daughter. Someone in our family has been a patient for the last 6 years and I have never once felt anything but completely confident in him or his associates. Dr. Starr's office is like a well-oiled machine from the first call to the office to the last retainer check-up. The original financial process and course of treatment plan was easy, and Dr. Starr provided several options including a no-interest payment plan that was good for our family, and discounts on multiple kids. They also co-ordinated everything with our insurance company for an easy process. The receptionists are always kind and friendly. We love the slide show and scrapbook in the waiting room. Dr. Starr invests in the latest technology for the best possible treatment, but also utilized the most conservative option for my child. The technicians are great with kids. Dr. Dickens is a wonderful addition to the team, as well. Both of my daughters now have the confidence of beautiful smiles! I have no reservations recommending his office to any of my friends or family. Thank you, Dr. Starr and team!
