We are in the process of a total home renovation and recently used NRS (New Roofing) for a brand new roof, as well as completely new windows and insulation. Out of the many contractors we’ve been dealing with throughout this process, Chip was the absolute best. From the beginning, he was extremely honest and upfront with us and we knew that he was not trying to take advantage of us in anyway – in fact, quite the opposite – he actually helped to save us quite a bit of money by telling us that our home’s gutters were in excellent condition and then offering to eat the money on the extra materials he wound up having to buy (though we didn’t let him). He was at our home the day after we closed and our new roof was installed within a matter of days – despite the extreme cold outside. Our new windows required new molding inside the home and for our home’s exterior to be completely fixed afterwards, and Chip’s guys, who were super nice and easy to communicate with, did it immaculately in a very short period of time. We felt that the money we paid NRS was worth every dime. Chip was great on both email and on the phone, always getting back to us very quickly and sending us all of the quotes and info we requested. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but actually turned into a trusted advisor for us throughout the renovation, as we truly began to value his advise. We’d use him again anytime we have a need for insulation, exterior or roofing repair. We whole-heartedly recommend him for whatever home job you have. Thanks, Chip!
