Review content:
We took a very sick stray cat we had been caring for after-hours for emergency treatment recently. Unfortunately, the cat was close to dying with multiple untreatable diseases and had to be euthanized. Dr. Hicks was compassionate, caring, warm, and professional. He performed some basic tests, but didn't try to sell us unnecessary and exhorbitantly priced tests and treatment. When the time came to explain his diagnosis and our options, he was honest and down to earth. We suspect that he may have undercharged us for the hours of treatment he provided - and with it being in the evening, but we can't say for sure. The man has a HUGE heart. Last week we received a card from his office expressing their sadness for our loss. We highly recommend Old Towne and Dr. Hicks. Katy, TX is lucky to have him!
