Businiess name:  Firestone Car Wash
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
Good: $8.99 for a hand car wash.. Bad: They charged me $11.99 and that was after I said "no wax" (which was included in the $8.99 price). They did not wash my car well enough to remove an obvious layer of dirt. When I showed them the car was still dirty, they started wiping the dirt into the paint instead of washing it again. I specifically told them NO CHEMICALS on my wheels because they have a clear coat on them. I had to stop them from spraying a solvent on the wheels. Frustrated, I left after half a car wash with dirty wheels and windows.. Improvements: New ownership/management. Other: If you like your car like I do (I only allow hand washing of my Jaguar) don't take it here. They are too busy to do the job right and the people doing the work don't speak English well enough to take direction. I WILL NEVER GO BACK UNLESS THERE ARE NEW PEOPLE INVOLVED AND I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. David Gonzalez - Los Angeles.
