Jessica was an amazing agent! I can’t stop telling everyone about her. I was working with another agent and really unhappy because he was so unresponsive to my emails and was never available to show me houses. I decided to move on and find another agent. I found Jessica’s website and decided to contact her. Right away it was an entirely different experience. I was a first-time buyer and we sat down and talked about the buying process. There was so much that I didn’t know that my other agent never told me. I learned so much from Jessica and she continued to guide me during the whole process. Any time we were in the car out touring houses I was drilling her with questions and she was super informative. I would also send her email questions and she would respond quickly, even late at night.
We looked at lot of houses (probably 50 or so) over many months and she was really patient. She never ever pressured me into anything and actually steered me away from a house with foundation problems that I was considering. Looking back I’m SO glad I didn’t buy that money pit. Her feedback about homes was honest and invaluable. She knows a lot about construction and home repairs. She was also really organized and remembered every house we had been to. I kept forgetting some and putting them on our list to see but she’d remember that we’d seen it and would remember exactly what I thought of it.
Jessica made the process easy and fun! I could tell that she was genuinely excited for me to be in a home that I loved and not just trying to finish a sale. I closed several months ago and I still continue to think of real estate questions and she is still happy to answer them for me. She will absolutely be my agent next time around. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
