Businiess name:  Paul's Washer & Dryer Repair
Review by:  stone h.
Review content:
Our Whirlpool front load washer was full of water, we called another company listed and was given a quote which was quiet high. We were told that the water pump had to be replaced. After doing some more research we found Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair, there exceptional customer service was evident from the very beginning. David took his time on the phone, the company that was at our home did not even open up the machine as we came to find that this is essential for diagnosis. We made an appointment, arriving time, we come to find that there was nothing mechanically wrong with the pump, rather there was a sock stuck in it. The repair cost of 1/2 of what the other company would have charged, the least we can do is spread the word about Paul's. Stone
