Terrible Ride
The driver was terrible, he tail-gated, hit the brakes off and on creating a whiplash effect, the old run down van had no shock absorbers or they were so old they did not work. I have a previous back injury, the jarring up and down has hurt by back. I am still in pain two days later. When I spoke up to the driver he was rude and said he didn't care. He asked me why I didn't take a limousine. I said, why would I think this would be an unpleasant ride? I will never use this service again.
