I was particularly impressed with the area manager that oversees Germantown. I showed up on site around 5:00pm to find him shoveling an interior sidewalk. Apparently, it got missed and Sendik’s called for it to be cleared (I warned you Sendik’s would be on top of things). The area manager from Winter Services simply got in his car, drove over and got it down. That is exactly the type of service we want.
