Update as of 1/18/2011 to my previous review posted on 1/6/2011 --- We were forced to dismiss the case because their lawyer kept threatening us by letters and a phone call to dismiss the case, saying that they would make us pay a lot of money for their damage in court (what damage do they have?!), that it would cost us a lot of money for hiring a lawyer and for the doctor of the Dublin Methodist Hospital for a testimony, and that we wouldn’t win because he knew the law better. If they are so confident that they would win, why did they not let the Small Claims court handle this case and why did they transfer it to regular court? Why should my husband and I be treated like this? They treated us as if we were con artists. All we asked was money for our out-of-pocket medical bills for the injury caused by their hygienist. It is the fact that my husband kept throwing up for days after being hit by the hygienist, and that the hospital diagnosed that he had concussion. What kind of human beings are Dr. Conroy and Dr. O’brien? People out there – Take it from me. We know their true colors. They are terrifyingly evil. We are devastated with financial difficulties and my husband's job loss, but strongly believe that they will receive divine punishment.
