Review content:
This clinic operates like a factory. In my experience, the staff is unhelpful and unprofessional, the doctors are in and out quickly, and there is little concern for patient comfort and privacy. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for their lack of patient concern and general lack of professionalism.
I was made to give health history information in a hallway, had the exam room door opened while I was being examined, was told to "take my time walking out of the office" rather than wait the 20 minutes to see if I had an allergic reaction to Gardasil, and have had multiple problems involving the discount card for my birth control medication. I was made to pay full price this weekend after the card (which they failed to give me the first time) "expired" two months after I activated it, and was told by a nurse that she would call in the number for me to the pharmacy, but if that didnt work "I was going to have to figure it out myself".
I made the mistake of continuing to deal with this clinic after my terrible initial appointment, but will be transferring to a different clinic asap.
