A visit to Dr. & Dr. Stiles' office is always an intellectually stimulating experience for me -- I am impressed and fascinated with how information technology is leveraged by Dr. & Dr. Stiles to optimize business processes, medical processes, and the patient experience.
I really appreciate the on-line reminders to me, via my Internet e-mail, confirming the date and time of my upcoming appointments. This is very convenient and helpful for me.
The interpersonal communications skills of all the staff and team are truly outstanding. I always leave Dr. & Dr. Stiles' office thinking, "What would the world be like if everyone was this pleasant to work with?"
Winning teams typically reflect the example set by their leader(s). Dr. Marie Stiles is truly outstanding at listening, and dialoguing with patients in an interactive way. There are very few physicians out there that take the time as Dr. Marie Stiles does to really hear what the patient has to say, to try to understand what the patient perceives and feels, to answer all the patients' questions, and to educate the patient in terms that the patient can understand!
