After reading reviews online, I decided to give this little place a try for my Shih Tzu. I called to make an appointment and specifically asked what their hours were to determine if I could pick her up after 5:00p.m. I was told, absolutely, they stayed open until 6:00p.m. On the day of her appointment, when I walked in the lady was on the phone, obviously irritated and barely looked up after ending her phone conversation to greet me. After saying Good Morning to her, she asked my name and how I would like my dog to be cut. I specifically told her I wanted to let her bangs grow out, not to cut them and to put a bow in the top. Also, she said they scissor cut their feet and face, which I had asked for. I dropped her off at 8:30a.m. and then received a call at 10:00a.m. that she was ready to be picked up. I explained that I had to work and was told I could pick her up after 5:30p.m. The lady then told me that they were going to leave early. I had to pick her up on my lunch break and take her home. When I went to pick her up, they had cut her bangs, shaved her paws and her face was cut so crooked. I will not ever do business here again.
