Good: When we were looking to get some new windows to lower our energy bill, some places wouldn't even come out to give us a bid! We needed an oversize, architectural window and I learned about Vinyl Masters from a friend. I visited their showroom and saw their factory. They said they can do any size window or door because they manufacture it in their factory - this sets them apart from their competitors. I've been very impressed by the high quality of their windows.. Bad: I made an appointment and they came out to give me an estimate. I must admit I had a little bit of sticker shock when I got the estimate. However, many companies wouldn't even come out to give me a quote. After seeing the windows in my home, I know that quality is not cheap. It's like the adage "you get what you pay for" The windows have helped me with noise reduction as well - a benefit I didn't anticipate.. Other: We wanted energy efficient windows in our house to lower our energy bill. I'm happy to say that our SDG&E bill has noticeably gone down the past months since we've had the installation completed!.
