Dr. Kathleen Mc Farlin's care almost killed my healthy pet imo and after I changed vets, I found out from the vet she had gossiped to that Kathleen McFarlin was gossiping negatively about me and my pet behind my back, (even though vets are supposed to maintain patient confidentiality). We're really lucky we were able to save our beloved pet's life but this experience left me feeling like I would never recommend her or return. In fact, to add insult to injury, when I asked Dr. Farlin about what happened in a civil manner, she was quick to say we should never return instead of trying to help, which struck me as shady and totally devoid of compassion. Others may have a different experience but this was mine, and if writing this helps save even one life then I'm glad I did it. As other reviews mention, the front desk also quickly became very rude to us. I was really let down by her lack of professionalism because we trusted Dr. McFarlin and thought she would be our life-long vet.
