Review content:
I called them up the night before I closed on the house. They said that they would not be able to help me until that was done. so I knew that I was going to have the property, officially, at noon, so I scheduled the appointment for 5pm just to be on the safe side. The guy that called me said that if I already had the paperwork that he'd be able to come out earlier. So that is exactly what he did. he called me at like 330 and he was here by 4. All good too. had everything I need to show them that I now own the house and It was all good.
