Review content:
Good: Good amount of space for rent, close to the hospital, close to city gym (The Summit), maintenance is helpful, gave us new carpet, new (builders grade) kitchen appliances, and fresh paint before we moved in.
There is a good amount of storage space - walk-in closet, cabinets in kitchen and wet bar, and large patio closet. Bad: Pests are my main complaint. I have to ask for my unit to be sprayed once a month and keep things very clean in the kitchen. I still have the small German roaches around regularly (at least one a day). According to management this is not bad enough to term it an infestation and they do not like me coming and telling them there are roaches in the apartment. According to them "we have never had a roach problem, they are probably just water bugs." Yeah, right.
Neighbors can be loud late at night too.. Improvements: No more roaches! I dont think its unreasonable to expect not to have bugs in your kitchen all the time no matter how clean you keep it.
Quiet hours improved - no more neighbors waking us up at 11pm, 1am, or 3am with loud cars or laughter in parking lot.
More parking spaces - we only have one car and it is still hard to find a spot sometimes.. Other: Overall, I have enjoyed living here, but I do want to pass on what I have learned to others. Hope you find it helpful..
