I have just purchased by second Equinox from Radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg. I wanted to express to you how wonderful I was treated by the Radley Employees involved in the sale. Michael Jordan (my Salesman) was very busy (which is good for you and himself) but maintained a good balance with his customers, where there hitches?...yes, but he handled them very well. John Buckner is a true man of honor, that should be enough in today's business. I found that Mr. Buckner was a no nonsence business man and a man of his word. He was not hiding in his office to talk to Michael, when answering a question he came out to speak with me the customer...both gentlemen were true professionals. I am preparing to teach a course in Business Ethics at a local college and I can assure you that Mr. Buckner and Radley Chevrolet will come out in our classroom discussions. I have had numerous chances to deal with Radley Chevrolet and plan to be a loyal customer.
