If I could give this place Zero stars I would. They also turned my hair a shade of green! I told everyone, my friends, classmates, and everyone I knew in Tallahassee. I had several responses which included "why did you even go to Toppers in the first place?" I was shocked to see how many + reviews they had in December 2010. Just notice that one was done on December 9 then December 11 then December 13. Those crazies probably had people post fake + reviews because they saw the other negative ones. They need to accept the fact their salon is a disgrace and CHANGE IT instead of trying to mask their faults. This will not be the end of it for me. I will be posting reviews EVERYWHERE so that other women in Tally will not suffer like me and the other reviewers. Good luck if you go here!! Eek.
