Moved to Texas 2 yrs. ago and you know what it's like finding a new hairdresser and a new salon where you feel comfortable. First place I went to (which will remain nameless)was ok, but not great .... hairdresser didn't have much experience, no one was friendly to me and I could never get an appointment.
I had seen Envy in downtown Round Rock and thought it looked cute and wandered in one day desperately needing an appointment before going on a business trip. My roots were looking nasty and I needed a cut something awful.
From the minute I entered the salon - I felt welcome. Everyone was friendly and made me feel like I had been going there for years. Mary, the owner, had an opening and took me that day. She did an amazing job on my color and gave me a totally new look haircut, which was absolutely fabulous.
The next day, I got on a plane to NYC. All my colleagues in NY LOVED my hair and asked me if I'd had it done at a salon in New York City - they said it was the best they'd ever seen my hair look!!!
Since then, Mary has changed my color (I am now a redhead) and people stop me all the time and make comments to me about "being a natural redhead" and how lucky I am. A stranger just came up to me in HEB Plus last week about my beautiful hair color. My mother's neighbors (in Georgetown) wanted to know if she was a redhead when she was younger, because I have such beautiful red hair!!!!
I highly recommend Envy Salon to everyone in the Round Rock/Austin area. Great services, nice people and you'll walk out looking fabulous. Big city quality in our little town.
