Review content:
This salon is so overpriced. You could get what they provide at pretty much any other salon for a lot less. The owner, Mary, keeps the prices high because there's "not much else in Round Rock to choose". Most of the stylists there are friendly but there are a few that are rude. Several of the stylists come in 20 or 30 minutes late while you are sitting there waiting for your appointment, and at times don't even show up at all. The stylists that are professional would be much better suited at a different salon. The owner, Mary, is a stylist too, and has been overheard berating her employees in front of clients and other employees. I definitely recommend going somewhere else or encouraging the stylists to move to another salon. Pros: Some talented stylists Cons: Poor management/ownership, disrespectful
