Review content:
Normally, I wouldn't go out of my way to write a negative review about a company, even if I was generally displeased with the work they had done for me, but the grass-cutting service I received from TLC Landscaping was just so poor, so unprofessional, that I feel compelled to tell people not to hire this company. The owner (Matt) comes across as a nice enough guy, but he is astoundingly unprofessional and unreliable. He'd show up, not according to the schedule we agreed upon, but, seemingly, just whenever he felt like it, do a half-assed job, and, then, we never knew how many weeks would pass before we'd see him again. And trying to get in touch with him was a constant frustration for us; he doesn't seem to like extending the common courtesy of returning phone calls to his clients. There are so many well-managed and respectable landscaping companies in the area -- TLC is simply as bad as you can get. I'd strongly advise you to look elsewhere for service.
