Review content:
I had the salesperson come out to the house for an estimate, which to my surprise was also the owner of the company.
We have had three other companies from the Seattle Home Show bid out our project and it was all the same story. "We have the best windows," and "we had to buy today to get the special price."
I was ready for the same ordeal, but to my surprise, he showed us a couple different windows that would both work for the home, he gave us the price and I was waiting for the discount. There wasn't one, and the price was good as long as we wanted it to be. We waited for the call back, but there wasn't one.
The other companies called us every night, 2-3 times. We ended up calling the Epic guy back out to the house. It was still the same price, which was better than the other companies.
We ordered the windows, and about a week and a half later, they called to schedule the install. We were surprised to see Matt was with the installers. Hauling off debris, getting materials, sweeping and vacumming the house.
The project went just like they told us it would, the priceing was great, and there was no smoke and mirrors.
Thank you to Team Epic for making the project fun for us.
