I was really surprised of the un professlionasm of this business. The customer service rep never responded to my calls or emails. When she did it was almost three days after i made the first call. Upon completion of the job, i was not furnished a reciept. I called numerous times and i either didn't recieve a phone call or i recieved an email almost three days later. The Surveyor actually did a good job, it was the reciptionst who did a terrible job. I would not recommend Landmark to a friend, just because the customer service was terrible. It's unfortunate because the contractor did his job.
