From the moment I walked in I knew my experience would be special. The front desk provided me with directions to make my trip easier. They knew my name and treated me like family. In fact, everyone treated you like family, and were concerned that everything was done just right. I will be having hip surgery soon and needed clearance from a Dentist that I had no tooth infections. I had gone to my dentist only a month ago, and he said I was fine. At the urging of my wife, she suggested I also go to her dentist. I was analyzed tooth to tooth thoroughly. They discovered to my chagrin a cracked crown and some gum disease. They quickly mobilized the team. Insurance was handled, payment plans were discussed, a plan of attack was developed,other doctors were called for clearance so close to surgery, and the team was mobilized. My tooth was extracted easily and without pain.A temporary bridge was inserted, and appointments were made to finish what needed to be done. I was even graced with a team member to babysit me through the entire process. I can't say enough about this business. It's old time take care of your customers combined with new time high tech to do the job as it should be done.
