I was very disappointed in Beyond the Blackboard. I have been shopping there for some time and have spent quite a bit of money there as a mom of a 3 and a 4 year old.
I shopped there the weekend after Thanksgiving and purchased a large amount of toys because they were offering a 15% discount. I changed my mind on one toy that was $55 and tried to return it today. They said they couldn't because it was purchased on clearance.
On the day I purchased the toy, I even talked about my hesitation of the purchase and mentioned in front of the cashier that I could return it if I changed my mind. I wasn't corrected.
They have lost me as a customer and I don't recommend shopping there.
