Businiess name:  Drain Doctor
Review by:  Bob N.
Review content:
As with all drain problems, they're all a hassle. We were having all kinds of clogs going on in our house which lead us to think that the clogs were in the sewer side (i.e. not under the house). The drain doctor guys came out three times to help. They were always helpful and courteous and even broke a snake and didn't charge us. We eventually found that the clog was out in the street, past our sidewalk after having them use the camera. Our solution was to install a city clean out so that if anything gets clogged in the sewer line off our property, it's the city's problem and they'll come out for free to clear the clog. The city cleanout was fairly reasonable at about $1500 and they earned their pay that day. Digging a 6' deep trench and cutting roots (we have a 75ft tree nearby) was worth it plus it included the inspection time and permits. So far so good, no clogs (knock on wood).
