My friends raved about this place for eyebrow threading, so I gave this place a try. It is located right across the st. from South Coast Plaza. Eyebrow threading is one of their more popular services, and it only costs about $8. The difference between threading and plucking is that in threading, they can take out lines of hair, rather than individual hairs. Some people think that it hurts, but for me, it doesn’t hurt at all.
