JR Burke Salon in Arlington offers a relaxing, not stuffy or uncomfortable atmosphere for its clients. Upon walking in you are greeted pleasantly by a stylist, offering you a hot cup of coffee or tea and an abundance of magazines. The overall look of the salon is modern yet comfortable. It is clean, warm and inviting. Each stylist has his or her own station yet there are no walls dividing you from the client next to you. The hairstylists chat and laugh with one another often getting the clients in on the act. Before you know it, you have gotten a great cut and may even be exchanging phone numbers with the client next to you. A regular haircut (wash, cut, style, blow dry) is an excellent value at $35. Most hair processes (colors, highlights, perms) start at $35 and up depending on your length of hair, process done, and time. The salon offers a wide variety of the best salon haircare in the business and their prices on shampoos, conditioners and styling aids are a value.
