Businiess name:  Heads Up Family Salon

Review content:
Heads Up Family Salon is a basic salon located in an older strip mall right by Wegmans in Fairport. The stylists are so friendly that you feel very welcome to be there. They also use high quality salon products. The stylist to whom I was assigned was very young, possibly right out of beauty school. She was chatty and seemed open to many style possibilities. She had cut the hair of her best friend, who had the same thick and wavy hair that I do, so she knew what cuts would just not be good for me. I got a good basic cut and she blew dry my hair perfectly straight. Beyond a basic cut, though, I am not sure that I would go back to this salon as I am not sure they are sophisticated enough to perform something beyond this. I saw men, women and children there so it is truly a family salon. There are coupons frequently in the paper for $10 off for first time customers. A cut with wash and blow dry is $27, before the coupon. Waxing is offered as well, but I have no feedback on that as I have not had that service at this salon.
