Customer since 1999 (the days when it was really small and not updated and Shawna worked as a receptionist and Brenda and Sherry still cut hair). Stylists are fabulous!!! I go to Kerrie -luv her! However I have to say I agree with one of the other reviewers -the staff are very unfriendly, no eye contact. I would take it a step further and say they walk around with an air of conceit. It is annoying and hardly very Spa like. The owners are where that attitude stems from and it is unfortunate. There is no verbal thank you for your business nor do you feel the gratitude. I know that Anthony and his wife have worked hard at making this business a success -and they work at the smallest details. I admire that -I just wish they'd work on the service end.
