Review content:
I started going here because it was around the corner from my office. I've kept going back because I love the store and the selection. There's a lovely little deck spanning the front of the building. The space holding the alcohol is just lovely - nice wood floors, open and airy. The wine is displayed in wooden half crates, and divided by type and region when applicable. You can find a bargain bottle for under $10, or a several hundred dollar bottle. If you're not sure what you want, talk to one of the gentlemen behind the counter - they know the wine in the store, and they're always happy to help with a suggestion or two or three. Every manner of spirits you can think of, plus a large selection of the holiday gift packs in December that seem to be lacking at so many other state stores. Beers of all kinds. There's even a wall of the strangest micro brews you've never heard of, and you can make a mixed six pack. Next to the register there's usually a bunch of special packs, and minis. Impulse buys, I know, but I always find something I want.
