Review content:
my purse was stolen (grr), and nonplussed at spending the night in my apartment while creepy dudes had possible access, i asked around for locksmith referrals to get my locks changed asap. i called Newark Ave Security & Key today (a sunday) and was able to get them out within just a few hours. they were cheaper than all but one of the other bids i got, but agreed to drop their price a little lower to come closer to another bid i had. they were well recommended, and just seemed really nice, so i agreed to pay a little more, and im glad i did!
two people came by to swap my locks. they were in and out pretty quickly, and didnt mind that my cat insisted on being their understudy, and politely ignored the total mess of my apartment. they also made me three keys for free. (i had asked and agreed to pay for two at a bargain price of $2 each, but they made me three and didnt charge for any of them. it was a small gesture, but a very considerate one, imo.)
what can i say... nice, easy, on time, extra bonus keys, and they kept complimenting my cat on his handsomeness and didnt mind his persistent questioning meows. whats not to love?
