Review content:
We called this company through our home warranty program after the bathtub faucet shot off while my five year old was taking a bath.
The plumber arrived and was absolutely filthy. He came from an unmarked blue work van, which made me a little leery of letting him in. He stayed for a few minutes, taking a few photos, then collecting our $60 copay. He said that our warranty company would be in touch with us in an hour (they weren't.)
We discovered that he had diagnosed the problem as being caused by abuse and mishandling of the faucet. He claimed there were tool marks on the faucet which indicated we forced the faucet, causing it to break. My five year old doesn't have the strength to break a metal faucet and since we had just moved in, we don't even *have* tools in the house.
He left an estimate to fix our bathtub faucet; almost $500! These guys are not only unprofessional, they're overpriced. I talked to other contractors and they were floored at our estimate.
I would not recommend Drain Busters to my worst enemy.
