Review content:
We all know there is no check and balance system when writing a review. Anyone can create a profile and write whatever they want. However, let's all remember that good communication is always the best policy. Try and resolve issues before writing a bad review that can hurt someone. Using the internet to communicate is not good communication. For example; if an employee did not show up for work and the employer questioned them why they missed work - it would be poor communication if the employee said "Didn't you check my facebook, I left you a message". The same goes for clients as well. Many times the owner of a business doesn't have the time to check reviews to see who's happy and who's not. Always call and ask to speak to the owner and give them chance to resolve any issue. This is also a reminder to all employees and their friends and family that reviews are not the proper place to vent frustration. All employees are encouraged to go to the employer to resolve any review in question.
