Review content:
It is actually hard to believe a company would act like this. I had left several messages and emails for plumbing service I had already paid for. We had some problems and I wanted them to follow up. I really wasn't upset about the problems, but they never, ever replied to calls or email.
I had to file a formal complaint to get them to reply.
I then get a reply to that complaint from the President of the company that just denies that they had ever done any work for us, and then he insults me saying "in my opinion he is an utter genius and should be considered for the obama administration for he has found a way to tax the working man for work not perfomed".
All we wanted was follow up to work we had done. Not only do we not get any customer service, we get insulted and then are told "dyna rooter is not interested in this redundant course of action" and "dyna rooter is in no way responsable for what happened" and "dyna rooter takes a firm stance and will not budge this will be our final response".
I've never seen a business that won't stand behind it's work, calling it a 'redundant course of action'. Unbelievable.
