I needed a locksmith to re-key my new place so I went straight to Judy’s book of course for a locksmith with excellent reviews and a lot of integrity who would be totally trustworthy. East jersey local key replacement not only had 125 reviews at the time I was searching, it got 5 stars from almost all the reviewers. So I called the number and Ben answered. He was very courteous (both on the phone and during the visits) and willing to squeeze me into his busy schedule for a same-day appt. He didn't arrive late, he arrived early! Ben re-keyed my new place; assured me to the fullest (with his reputation and integrity on the line) that no one else but I would have a set of those newly made keys and that I'm in safe hands; and gave me a very fair price for his service. What's more, when I called Ben back 10 minutes later to say that I forgot to ask him to re-key the lock on another door that I totally forgot about (my bad!), he said he would return the next day to take care of that door as well. He did (it was good to see him again!) and he didn't even charge me another surcharge for that second visit -- I just paid for the cylinder change. Wow. Courteous and prompt service, great price, nice guy. Call East jersey local key replacement and talk to Ben!
