Businiess name:  Milwaukee Pc 14
Review by:  Grace K.
Review content:
I was extremely disappointed with their services. When my computer picked up a virus that caused second tabs to randomly open, inferred with Google searches, caused severe locks up (that stopped the clock) and kept my computer from ever properly shutting down, Milwaukee PC claimed they never encountered any of these problems during their diagnostics. After looking my computer over and NOT fixing anything, they suggested I take my computer home. I was told that if I continued to run into problems that I should keep a detailed journal documenting what I was doing when the problem occurred. So I returned a little less than a month later with a detailed journal. Milwaukee PC still didn’t encounter the problems I was facing. They suggested that I have my computer wiped clean for $100. Then for $150 they would reinstall Windows and for $200-$400 they would reinstall Microsoft Office. Since I wasn’t interested in spending $450-$650 on my computer I didn’t give them permission to wipe my computer. Instead, my mom took my computer to her office and had the IT guy there take a look at it. Within ONE HOUR of looking at my computer he encountered all of the problems I had been experiencing. In ONE NIGHT he was able to remove the virus and he only charged me $80! Either the gentlemen at Milwaukee PC are incompetent or scam artists.
